Shipping policy

Stitch N Press, items will ship out between 3 to 5 days. Arrival of items is usually within 2 to 5 days. Tracking information will be sent with each order. Stitch N Press is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is damaged once you have received it, you will have to contact your local post office. You can also email us and we will see what we can do to help, however we are not responsible for the condition your package is delivered in. We strive to ensure each item is sent to you with the intent it will arrive in great condition.
